Le Balto is a tobacco bar known to all the inhabitants of Dinard and the neighbouring communes, located in the district of the old railway station of Dinard. A real place to live, friendly and well kept. The PMU café is open from 7 am until early evening, every day of the year. It serves a copious and cheap snack. It is also a tobacco shop open with an unfailing reliability, much appreciated by smokers! You will also find daily newspapers, games, lottery, FDJ games and telephone articles.
