"Reconnecting with the soil means reconnecting with what's essential This is what Michèle and Joseph propose to you, through a journey around agriculture. The approach is highly innovative, combining history, economics and sensitivity. Michèle begins the tour by telling you about the farm's history. Joseph, her farmer husband, provides the keys to understanding the area. We learn, for example, that the artichoke, a very local vegetable, comes from Egypt, where it is called kharshuf, which means thorn of the earth. There's also a tasting session!
