Take a step up at Messidor. On the edge of downtown Quimper, this organic bakery has been around for many years. In 2021, its owner opened a rooftop above his back store. The place is discreet, vast and calm. What a pleasure to sit there on a sunny day! The place offers simple but original food: vegetarian salads, angus or vegetarian burger. Everything is organic and accompanied by refreshing drinks.

Cela fait plusieurs fois que je constate que la qualité n'est, hélas, plus au rendez-vous, surtout concernant les pâtisseries...j'ai récemment pris un assortiment de rochers, durs comme de la pierre, immangeables, j'ai jeté l'équivalent de 7euros à la poubelle.
Les financiers ne sont plus aussi moelleux qu'avant.
Je reste fidèle au pain aux blés anciens et au bon goût de levain!

J'ai pris un excellent petit-déjeuner chez Messidor, en attendant mon train (la gare est à 15mins de marche). Pour une prestation qui avait été lancée récemment, c'était excellent! Le menu était copieux et les produits de très bonne qualité. Il était possible de choisir les tartinables (confitures, beurre salé, crème de caramel). Le service est très attentionné, la salle est calme et adaptée aux poussettes (ascenseur, salle de restauration et toilettes spacieuses). Seulement du sucré au menu, pourquoi pas proposer du salé à l'avenir?
