Overlooking the charming butter square, where most of the city's creperies are concentrated, Only bears is a new addition to the landscape.... Finally, not quite because the brand existed in a shop version in the halls of Quimper, before moving at the end of 2018. Lovers of good beers from all over the world will be delighted to find ten different types of beer every day under pressure. Recently, biodynamic natural wines have been added to the list. We like to accompany our glass with a sausage, land or sea rillettes, or a plate of oysters. We will appreciate the two atmospheres, at the counter or on the mezzanine on the first floor, with cosy armchairs and mismatched furniture but where design is king. Clever: all draught beers are available in a galloping version, to favour tasting!

The concept comes to us from Catalonia, and has quickly been adopted by Quimper residents of all ages. The principle is simple: you come alone or with friends, and choose the ceramic model you'd like to paint (cup, plate, mug or bowl...) For two hours, you let your creativity and imagination run wild. The atmosphere is friendly and cosy, ideal for relaxing! To make sure your work lasts, it will be annealed. Your work will be available a week later, or can be shipped to your home.

The Ceili is a traditional Irish dance. The perfect name to baptize this Mecca of the popular, cultural and Breton life of Quimper, created more than 40 years ago! If you don't know where to go to discover the Quimper atmosphere, everyone will tell you that you should go there at least once. You can choose the ground floor, for the friendliness or the terrace on the first floor for sunbathing... On the menu side, it is distinguished by a fine selection of wines from all regions and with a preference for organic producers. Of course, you can choose to drink something else, including a nice cocktail menu, exquisite fruit juices and other beverages. We will add a special treat for the generous tapas offered at any time of the day, cheese dishes, around the sea or around the truffle, but also verrines of mozzarella di bufala or delicious pickled vegetables. Student bar, where you come for a sandwich on the go at lunchtime with your colleagues, a coffee with a good book in the afternoon, in one of the many corners arranged to be quiet, or a drink on the terrace in the evening with friends. In a retro decor, with quotes on the walls, exhibitions of paintings or photos, and calm rock music, you could stay there for hours. Especially since the waiter is always friendly and recognizes regulars! A varied menu, both in beers and cocktails, not to mention multiple syrups that can be mixed with water, lemonade or milk. The Saint-Andrews welcomes you in a cosy atmosphere. On the terrace, this is where you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine on Quimper! At lunchtime, a menu offers a dish of the day with burgers, salads, pasta and pizzas, while on Thursday and Friday evenings, the aperitif is enjoyed with tapas or pizza to share. The Saint-Andrews offers a large choice of beers, a very nice selection of whiskies, etc! You will be able to follow all the major international matches and enjoy concerts once a month, in the autumn and winter months, nice and warm inside.

Before taking over this café-tobacco shop, Stéphane had done many other jobs. When he moved to Quimper, he wanted to bring the last of the Moulin Vert cafés back to life. From the first hour, many people come to have a coffee. It is a whole life of district preserved. But this Bistrot is also a large games room, with darts, billiards and table soccer. It is a good place to rest after a walk along the Steir, or to have a snack with the family. The owner also proposes the retransmission of the matches, on a giant screen.

Take a step up at Messidor. On the edge of downtown Quimper, this organic bakery has been around for many years. In 2021, its owner opened a rooftop above his back store. The place is discreet, vast and calm. What a pleasure to sit there on a sunny day! The place offers simple but original food: vegetarian salads, angus or vegetarian burger. Everything is organic and accompanied by refreshing drinks.

In front of the train station you can find the Mystic café, a stylish and modern setting. Many cocktails on the map are creations, in the image of the Mystic Cocktail based on… oh no, you will not spoil your surprise! At lunchtime, it is possible to eat on the thumb: oak and sandwiches are out. Nice: musical evenings are organised throughout the summer and all styles are represented!

This coffee shop, inspired by British traditions, offers a cosy, friendly atmosphere where all generations meet. Drawing on her experience in Ireland, Annabelle decided to import this state of mind. Here, everything is 100% homemade. Products are local, eco-responsible and in season. As you walk past this beautiful shop window, you're drawn in by all the tempting smells wafting out of it. More than a coffee shop, Folks is a place to meet and share. That's why Annabelle chose this original, yet meaningful name.

The Project bar has only been open a few months, and its menu is constantly expanding. Beth and Pablo are at the helm of this cocktail bar. Their imagination knows no bounds: Amaretto sour, Clover club, Pendennis... They've managed to breathe new life into this strategically located venue on the quayside, just a few meters from the concert halls. Let yourself be tempted after a film or concert. The setting is welcoming, depending on the guests' priorities. At the back, a vast sheltered terrace gives the establishment a unique charm and atmosphere.

Creac'h Gwenn is a business park with a university, sports facilities, swimming pool, shops and promenades. It's also a good place to enjoy the Odet estuary at sunset. The guinguette has only been in existence for a few years, but the people of Quimper have gladly adopted it. The simple but comfortable facilities are perfect for relaxing with a drink at the end of the day. The atmosphere is convivial and the musical styles varied.

Gay, lesbian and friendly bar, but rather popular with the guys who love the guys. The bar offers a large counter in the room, allowing you to easily converse with its neighbours or neighbours.
