Bar à gaufres, a great way to discover sweet and savoury waffles made with local products at any time of day in Quimper
This waffle bar, taken over in July 2023 by Axel Vallé, offers sweet and savory waffles at any time of day. It's easy to be tempted by the salty buckwheat Brussels waffles topped with seasonal produce and served with salad or soup, or by the comforting sweet Liège waffle! Special mention for La Terre: ham, goat's cheese and candied onions! On the premises or to take away, you'll find environmentally-friendly cuisine based on local produce (flour from Kerveguen, eggs from Pluguffan).

Et les farines sont locales et bio ????
• Gaufres de Bruxelles ou de Lièges, salées ou sucrées donc il y en a pour tout les goûts !
• Sur place ou à emporter. L'intérieur est sympa pour manger sur place :)
• Le personnel est accueillant.
• Carte de fidélité disponible donc cool, ça va me permettre de tester les Gaufres salées la prochaine fois :)
Pour ma part, on a opté pour la formule goûter étudiant à 4,50€ qui comprend une gaufre sucrée saveur au choix + chantilly + 1 boisson au choix.
