Bar à gaufres, a great way to discover sweet and savoury waffles made with local products at any time of day in Quimper

This waffle bar, taken over in July 2023 by Axel Vallé, offers sweet and savory waffles at any time of day. It's easy to be tempted by the salty buckwheat Brussels waffles topped with seasonal produce and served with salad or soup, or by the comforting sweet Liège waffle! Special mention for La Terre: ham, goat's cheese and candied onions! On the premises or to take away, you'll find environmentally-friendly cuisine based on local produce (flour from Kerveguen, eggs from Pluguffan).

Des gaufres faites sur demande, pâte maison avec de la farine bio, légèrement en retrait de la cathédrale - j'y reviens régulièrement et je ne suis jamais déçu !
