| Located in the heart of the Bigouden region, the artisanal cider factory Kerné is the oldest in Finistère. Founded in 1947 by Pierre Bosser in a traditional workshop, it then developed thanks to his son Yves and his daughter-in-law Michèle, who were keen to remain faithful to its values of consistency, quality and know-how, which they have made their motto. From now on, it is the children, Anne, Gérard and Claude who take care of the good destiny of the cider factory by maintaining the method of the artisanal manufacture. Five types of cider are produced in the heart of this warm house: Kerné, Kerné fruité, Kerné doux, Keltys organic cider and Délice de cidre bearing the "IGP Bretagne" stamp. This cider never comes home empty-handed from competitions. It was again noticed at the last general agricultural competition in Paris (2018) from which it brought back two gold medals - for the Kerné and the sweet Kerné. |
