This is the oldest traditional cider maker of Finistere, founded in 1947 by Pierre Sachedina. His grandchildren today perpetuate the family tradition by producing a drink that has been awarded several times at the general competition of agriculture in Paris and in 2006, the half-dry received an excellent award as a recognition of hard work. The following crops have also received awards in Paris and Brittany (especially at the Terralies competition in 2012). Kerne also produces an organic cider, Keltys and an excellent apple juice. It is a good family business that produces ciders with good apple taste.

In the land of Per Jakez Helias and Hénaff pâté, in an old farmhouse with an undeniable cachet, Patrick Daniel (the first brewer in the Bigouden region in 1999!) brews traditional, top-fermented, pure malt, unfiltered beers in vats from Wales. There are five types of beer from Penhors: amber, blonde, brown, white and stout. About 400 hl/year come out of the Bigouden vats. And since a few years, a delicious organic lemonade is also made on the spot! A very nice discovery.

What a great story this family distillery has. Tired of a life spent behind a desk, these young founders left the city for this project. Their first gin, named Polly, was a great success with distributors in the region. New recipes are already in the works, including a whiskey. They will use as many local herbs and ingredients as possible. The distillery and its store are open in Kerdelec to welcome you, visit, exchange without moderation and of course taste.
