The establishment was founded in 1950 by Paul Guillou. Roc'Hélou is the name of a granite chaos located in the founder's birthplace in central Brittany. Today, his son is in charge of the cookie factory. What sets it apart: in 1983, it became the first Breton cookie factory to be certified organic! Its products are made with organic and local ingredients. Galettes, shortbread, pound cakes, florentines and crêpes are sure to satisfy even the most demanding palates!
