Troisième repas chez Nuance, c’est toujours aussi bon. De l’amuse-bouche au dessert, tout est délicieux. Mention particulière pour le traitement du haricot vert. Première fois que je le vois aussi bien cuisiné. Le dessert fraise poivron en trois assiettes vous emmène doucement vers le sucré. Mon restaurant préféré dans le coin et de loin ! Les réservations deviennent compliquées depuis l’étoile donc pensez-y bien en avance. Nous, c’est déjà fait pour cet été !
