La salle de concert est à taille humaine et très agréable. Une magnifique rénovation dans l'ancienne manufacture des tabacs de Morlaix.
Un bar, un restaurant, un cinéma, un espace fumeurs dans la cour intérieur et des toilettes spacieuses et fonctionnelles complète le tiers-lieu.
Cet équipement culturel dynamise le centre-ville de Morlaix d'une manière remarquable.
Et pour couronner le tout, la découverte du lieu a été sublimée par un Peter Doherty des grands soirs.
