Organic Alsace wines: Claudine Rominger produces exceptional biodynamic vintages from the Saering and Zinnkoepflé Grands Crus.

This estate is relatively young compared to the Alsatian average! It adheres to the Vinabio charter and is certified Demeter since the 2012 harvest. The house produces the whole range of Alsace wines as well as Crémants d'Alsace and remarkable Vendanges Tardives and Sélection de Grains Nobles. A few cuvées: sylvaner "Z", riesling Grand Cru Saering, not to mention the famous Cuvée Ozmose from a complantation on the Grand Cru Zinnkoepflé.

Wir waren spontan da, wurden von Frau Rominger sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen und wir konnten viele der hervorragenden Weine verkosten. Für die Kinder gab es Apfelsaft und Spielmöglichkeiten!

Quel bonheur de revenir au domaine Éric Rominger après quelques années !
L’accueil est toujours aussi chaleureux et authentique, on se sent tout de suite bien.

La dégustation a été un vrai moment de plaisir, rythmée par des échanges passionnants autour des terroirs et des cuvées.

Le Gewurztraminer est un pur régal : intense, élégant, parfaitement équilibré… un vrai coup de cœur !
Merci pour ce superbe moment, on repart conquis — et on reviendra sans hésiter si on le peut!
