This island garden is described as a veritable conservatory of the world's biodiversity. You'll see a collection of over 2,500 plants! And don't be surprised if you find yourself in an exotic atmosphere and landscape: two-thirds of the species on display originate from the southern hemisphere. It was Georges Delaselle, a Parisian insurer, who fell under the spell of Batz Island and its climate, and decided to create this garden in the early 20th century. Forgotten for a time, it became the property of the Conservatoire du Littoral in 1997.

À faire absolument lors de votre escale sur l’ile
Des espaces enchanteurs, des plantes incroyables, une très belle collection de géraniums de Madère et d'aéoniums.
Malgré la tempête Ciaran, le lieu a retrouvé tout son charme grâce aux jardiniers qui font un travail incroyable.
Promenade et détente assurées au milieu d'une nature luxuriante dont les espèces se côtoient avec goût. Explosion de senteurs et de couleurs. Ce jardin est un véritable havre de paix où l'on ressent le besoin de se poser pour se ressourcer les yeux et écouter les chants joyeux d'une multitude d'oiseaux et suivre les papillons d'une fleur à l'autre
