In a small alleyway near the marina, Le Flaveur is one of Concarn's finest restaurants. Cédric Rivière has been a guidebook favourite for several years now, and won the "Jeunes talents Bretagne" award in 2011. His seasonal cuisine, based on fresh produce, is sure to please your taste buds, whatever the occasion. His inventive cuisine is full of taste, blending flavor and authenticity of product, with a coherent whole on the plate. Don't miss the chance to taste their specialties, such as spider crab and black pudding, or fish and shellfish from the coast - a delight! Capacity is only 32, so reservations are strongly recommended.

L'avis du Petit futé souligne l'intérêt pour " Le Flaveur" restaurant à Concarneau. Cette distinction permet et incite le voyageur à faire sa découverte. Un vrai régal. Le chef sait susciter les émotions grâce à un mélange de saveurs étonnant, qui débute dès les amuse-bouche. L'équilibre est parfait et les produits sont du marché. L'accompagnement des plats se fait par un pain fait maison. L'ambiance de la salle est feutrée et le service est discret et attentif. Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour le premier menu qui est d'une grande finesse. Cette table est à recommander.
