Restaurant near the marina where the chef opts for a creative seasonal cuisine with fresh products
In a small alleyway near the marina, Le Flaveur is one of Concarn's finest restaurants. Cédric Rivière has been a guidebook favourite for several years now, and won the "Jeunes talents Bretagne" award in 2011. His seasonal cuisine, based on fresh produce, is sure to please your taste buds, whatever the occasion. His inventive cuisine is full of taste, blending flavor and authenticity of product, with a coherent whole on the plate. Don't miss the chance to taste their specialties, such as spider crab and black pudding, or fish and shellfish from the coast - a delight! Capacity is only 32, so reservations are strongly recommended.

Nous avons déjeuner dans ce restaurant le 21 sept. Le restaurant n'était pas rempli (heureusement), nous, nous étions 2 et il devait y avoir une dizaine de personnes tout au plus. Si les plats et leur présentation sont tops et très bons, le problème a été l'attente, 2 heures en tout. Nous n'avons pas pris d'apéritif. Nous sommes passés directement aux plats. D'après ce que nous avons pu voir, il n'y a qu'une personne pour servir et une autre (semble-t-il ?) en cuisine, alors à moins de s'appeler Shiva, difficile de servir vite tout le monde, et effectivement nous avons trouvé le temps long.
