Octopus is a gourmet pastry shop that's 100% organic (AB label) and exclusively artisanal and plant-based - a first in Brest, and even in Brittany! The idea behind this project was Galaad's desire to rethink traditional pastry recipes to create cakes that could be enjoyed by everyone, including vegetarians, vegans and allergy sufferers. As a result, you won't find any milk, eggs, butter or animal gelatin in the pastry chef's entremets, which are made with natural, organic products and no additives.

Je serais là tous les jours si ça serait pas pour ma santé ????
Nous habitons du côté de Morlaix, et si nous pouvons maintenant trouver des pâtisseries vegan à 5 min de la maison, nous préférons celles d'octopus et regretterions presque d'avoir quitté Brest.
