A true Brest institution, this top-of-the-range patisserie, run by Philippe Lallemand and his wife, has been offering a variety of entremets, petits câteaux, tarts and macaroons for three generations. You can opt for a family version, for 4, 6 or 8 people, to order. For special occasions, petits fours and pièces montées are also available. Here's a glimpse of our suggestively-named delicacies: "Royal Chocolat", the house's signature dessert (flaky praline, almond cookie, light chocolate mousse), or "L'Alliance" (calisson cookie, chocolate ganache, duo of mandarin and praline mousses).
