Born in Belgium not far from the famous Orval Abbey, Joël Halbardier could say that he fell into the beer pot when he was very young! Passionate about sparkling drinks, Joël set up a micro-brewery on the Alsatian banks of the Rhine, named after the patron saint of Vogelgrun. It produces 6 ranges of lager, brown or amber beers. We love the well-named Meid'la, an unfiltered, top-fermented lager brewed with Alsatian hops!

J'ai pris la bière blonde. Impossible de la boire après ouverture car de la mousse ne cessait de sortir de la bouteille. J'ai mis la bière dans un verre et toute la mousse en est sortie. Dommage. Je changerai d'avis quand je pourrai en boire une j'imagine
