Domaine Ginglinger-Fix in Alsace: cellar tour, signed wines, family welcome, play area and convivial tasting.

For the Ginglinger-Fix family, winegrowing is a family affair! Today, Eliane, an oenologist by training, and Hubert, the 12th generation of winemakers, continue this fine tradition. Some wines are matured in oak barrels, while others have been awarded the prestigious Confrérie Saint-Étienne seal of approval. The visit is well worth the detour: a welcoming cellar (for up to 50 people), a stroll through the vines... and while you're tasting, the kids can enjoy the playground! Characterful vintages, a warm welcome and an Alsatian interlude to enjoy with the whole family.

We book a wine tasting through Get-Your-Guide. This was an excellent experience. We arrived early from Colmar via Uber, we were early so wondered around the property (beautiful). The wine tasting (and discussions) with our guide was awesome (we love white wines). At one point his son, Romeo, joined us for discussion. A great afternoon at an affordable price.
