Facing the boats and the peaceful ambience of the harbor, La Marine offers fresh, inventive cuisine at lunchtime. The menu evolves with the seasons, with refined dishes such as salmon gravlax, wasabi cream and crunchy coleslaw, salmon pavé with cider, and delicately flavored red fruit pavlova, served with a Chenin wine. In the evening, the address transforms into a wine bar, perfect for prolonging the day over a glass of wine and some fine planks to share. A gourmet and convivial stopover, between sea and flavors.

N’hésitez pas madame si vous pouvez revenir à demander à voir un responsable, Nicolas en l’occurrence, qui aura plaisir à vous offrir un café pour discuter. Il trouvera plaisir à prendre conseil auprès de vous pour apprendre à gérer des flux non prévisibles, former du personnel en deux heures pour en obtenir un grand pro, réfléchir au modèle économique d’un 5 étoiles avec un salarié pour 3 clients et le café à 1 euro et cinquante centimes. J’ai hâte d’apprendre madame Claire Italien.
