A real institution in Brioche, the Saturday market, which stretches from the Place de la Résistance to the cathedral, livens up the town and gives pride of place to the many local producers: vegetables, cheese, butter, bread... Fishmongers, butchers, florists and other textile sellers complete the picture. Not forgetting, of course, the many galette trucks, including the inevitable galette-saucisse, perfect for a quick lunch. Otherwise, Berber pizzas and Turkish böreks offer good alternatives. A smaller market is held on Wednesdays.
