Mathieu Aumont, who runs this astonishing Michelin-starred restaurant with his partner Sophie, sublimates the products of the Bay of Saint-Brieuc to perfection: abalone, scallops, but also vegetables and aromatic herbs... The menu changes every month. Examples: wild abalone with sweet potatoes or pig from the Argoat region with woodland mushroom gravy. The wine cellar offers a good selection of wines, so let us advise you. The decor with sixties accents is modern and original.

For almost 25 years, this restaurant has been visited by those who love good food. Master Restaurateur since 2010, Jean-Michel Bourges takes care of the reception in the same way as he does for sweetbreads, scallops or foie gras. The place is well known by its customers for its good fish and crustacean. The cellar is very good, the reception is warm and the service is efficient.

This establishment is located in the downtown area in the ancient Saint-Brieuc. Beautifully decorated, pretty retro, besides it's quite charming so you will be tempted to come and witness the marvel of the cuisine. This eatery was always very advisable, in particular for the seafood cuisine containing fresh ingredients. The simple and hearty dishes are prepared with fresh produce. Perfect value for money and ideally located allowing customers to find out more on the history of the city center.
