Here, vines live by their conscience. Since 2016, Domaine Armand Hurst has been cultivating its 12 hectares - including 7 in Grand Cru Brand - in total biodynamics. Old vines (40 to 70 years old), respected soils, magnified grapes: everything exudes sincerity and character. Pinot Noir Cœur de Dragon? A fleshy, silky, bewitching red. And the SY'RO sylvaner de macération? An Alsatian UFO made for a saucy baeckeoffe. Lively, powerful wines that don't cheat. An address not to be missed for lovers of true emotions.

La vigneronne qui a aimé ses vins nous a accueillis très chaleureusement, et sa description des verres que nous avons dégustés correspondait parfaitement au goût que nous avons remarqué. L'essentiel est que ses vins sont sans aucun doute de qualité : personnellement j’ai apprécié pour la première fois un vin blanc. C'est dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu acheter des dizaines de bouteilles dans cette cave, étant donné que notre cave à vin est déjà saturée. Je recommande vivement cette cave.

Zééér lekkere Cremant! Echt wereldklasse. Ontvangst was uiterst vriendelijk. De mevrouw achter de balie heeft ons veel wijnen laten proeven en met passie uitleg gegeven bij iedere wijn.
