Carl's patisserie, in the heart of Turckheim, makes hearts (and taste buds) flutter with its haute-couture croissants: green pistachio, pink raspberry, chocolate banana... Each season unfolds its wonders: chestnut torches, raspberry mille-feuilles, choux and religieuses, typically Alsatian bredalas, Carnival doughnuts or galettes des rois. Not forgetting chocolate creations for Christmas or Easter. It's beautiful, it's good, it's Carl. And frankly, we want more.

Très pauvre en choix de desserts et le chocolat chaud était banal 3.70€. 5.10€ la torche aux marrons. Je déconseille aux touristes et locaux. Service lent et pour dire au final qu'il n'y a plus d'éclair a la vanille... Dommage.
