Carl's patisserie, in the heart of Turckheim, makes hearts (and taste buds) flutter with its haute-couture croissants: green pistachio, pink raspberry, chocolate banana... Each season unfolds its wonders: chestnut torches, raspberry mille-feuilles, choux and religieuses, typically Alsatian bredalas, Carnival doughnuts or galettes des rois.
