Carl's patisserie, in the heart of Turckheim, makes hearts (and taste buds) flutter with its haute-couture croissants: green pistachio, pink raspberry, chocolate banana... Each season unfolds its wonders: chestnut torches, raspberry mille-feuilles, choux and religieuses, typically Alsatian bredalas, Carnival doughnuts or galettes des rois. Not forgetting chocolate creations for Christmas or Easter. It's beautiful, it's good, it's Carl. And frankly, we want more.

La petite terrasse derriere.l ets est juste tres agreable.
Les glaces sont tres bonnes et je vous recommande le the glacé. Du vrai the pas de l ice thea trop sucré !!!
L accueil est tres souriant et agreable.
Je reviendrai sans hesiter gouter les patisseries en autonme!!!!
