It stretches over 300 hectares in the communes of Trébeurden and Plemeur Bodou and is the largest woodland area off the Treg Coast. Its appearance as such is recent, since it was the progressive consolidation during the past century, an abandoned farmland. Woods, meadows and moors alternate in the landscape with a unique ecosystem the area is still humid and sometimes flooded. Le Bois de Lann Ar Warren enjoys the forest system after acquiring the status of a protected natural site. Walking trails and guided tours allow its discovery. A 2.5 km interpretative trail also allows you to roam about and learn more about the environment.
