A friendly restaurant that cultivates the art of sublimating local produce: pork on straw, scallops, vegetables...
In early April 2025, Brut left rue de Gouët, in the center of Saint-Brieuc, to moor at Le Légué. With the same philosophy: to cultivate the art of sublimating local products, in season of course and organic if possible. Diving scallops, buffalo mozzarella, vegetables, cream, eggs... The list of producers is proudly displayed on the menu, and the fruits of their labor are perfectly showcased by chef Jean-Jacques Monfort's inventive cuisine. The 60-hour pork belly is a classic on the short menu... and a delight!
