The chef Laurent Nicolas, Maître Restaurateur, offers a fine and creative cuisine, made from local and seasonal products: pan-fried scallops with Noilly, salmon escalope with sorrel, pork cheek confit with honey and black curry or roast lamb pavé with spices. La Bisquine is also famous for its "chaud'patates" garnished with scallops, salmon or andouille de Guémené. Beware, this is the meeting place for the town's gourmets: better to book!

Accueil, service et cuisine de tout premier choix.
Nous sommes allés dîner à la Bisquine avant d'aller au spectacle et nous avons apprécié le service compréhensif, sympathique et efficace, et bien sûr la qualité des plats délicieux.

Le personnel est très agréable. La cuisine est excellente. Il est préférable de réserver, même en semaine, car il y a beaucoup de monde. Ce qui dénote que c'est un bon restaurant.

Restaurant très propre, cuisine excellente , service parfait ni trop rapide ni trop long , conseils réponses par rapport aux questions sur les produits, petites attentions lors de l’apéritif (mises en bouche ) et avec le café petits œufs de Pâques
