Chemin de fer de la Baie de Saint-Brieuc, organizing group visits on small trains on the limited tourist line.

The Association des Chemins de Fer des Côtes-du-Nord has set itself the objective of reviving the history and the very special atmosphere of the little departmental train which, with 452 km of track, was one of the most important networks in France. It has the largest collection of historical equipment in Brittany. The machines used for the circulations were entirely restored by the volunteers. The trains run every year on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sunday afternoons from June to the end of October (Sundays only between mid-June and mid-September), but also during the autumn and spring holidays. The Boutdeville Tramway is a small train that runs all around the site (800 m in fifteen minutes). The tourist line, for the moment limited to a few hundred meters, allows the use of the historical equipment preserved by the association. The journey takes fifteen minutes. To travel, you must buy a ticket at the association's shop. The ticket is valid for one of the two tours. In the shop, you can consult and buy DVDs, brochures and magazines published regularly by the association. In addition, you can visit the Brickworks Museum, dedicated to the activities of the Bay of Saint-Brieuc and the railway. Please note that group visits can be organised outside opening hours on request and according to the availability of volunteers.
