Restaurant offering a traditional bistronomic cuisine based on fresh products.

In the centre of town, opposite the cinema, this renowned establishment offers traditional bistro cuisine, using fresh produce and sublimated by the chef Thomas Monfort, a former starred restaurant. The menu changes with the seasons, but there is always a bit of tripe and, on the starters side, the unmissable langoustine sausage with crab meat and pig's trotters with ravigote sauce. Under its cathedral ceiling, the room is warm and elegant, with its modern decoration, its light woodwork and its stone wall pierced with brick vaults.

De passage à Guingamp, découverte de la Boissière hier soir. Bonne découverte, d'abord la terrasse fraîche et bien agréable, ensuite le menu fraîcheur d'hier, un oeuf mollet frais avec une salade et des lardons qui a donné lieu au poisson du jour, un saumon avec un risotto. Le dessert à l'avenant, une poire pochée, le tout accompagné d'un chardonnay de bourgogne.
