Restaurant offering a traditional bistronomic cuisine based on fresh products.
In the centre of town, opposite the cinema, this renowned establishment offers traditional bistro cuisine, using fresh produce and sublimated by the chef Thomas Monfort, a former starred restaurant. The menu changes with the seasons, but there is always a bit of tripe and, on the starters side, the unmissable langoustine sausage with crab meat and pig's trotters with ravigote sauce. Under its cathedral ceiling, the room is warm and elegant, with its modern decoration, its light woodwork and its stone wall pierced with brick vaults.

A notre grande surprise aucun menu de proposé le soir que la carte avec des prix juste hallucinant entrée du jour 8e … pour un œuf mimosa oui oui c est pas une blague ???? l inflation, bref menu enfants 12 euros sans aucune boisson incluse et au menu un malheureux 1/3 de blanc de poulet 5 morceaux pour être exact …. Et une portion de frites , dessert 2 boules de glaces. Quand aux adultes l entrée compter minimum 12 euros le plat 17/25 et le dessert 10/ 13 , minimum 40 euros le menu et pour les plats de base pas de fruit de mer sinon c est 23 le plat ???? , certes la déco est magnifique mais le prix pour les plats proposés ´n’ est pas justifié. D autre restaurant de guingamp sont aussi bon et avec des menus bien plus abordables, nous n y retournerons pas
