The Espace des Sources museum traces the adventure of water from 1272 to the present day
The Sources de Soultzmatt open the doors of their bottling unit to discover the manufacturing methods and taste the famous Lisbeth waters. Whether green, red or blue, they are the queens of the Alsatian table! And they are not the only ones, since the famous Elsass Cola and Uncle Hansi's lemonades are made here. To learn about the history of the springs, the museum L'Espace des Sources takes visitors on a journey of discovery of the company's age-old know-how and traces the adventure of water from 1272 to the present day.
