Born in 2016, the "brasserie des tontons" is the fruit of the adventures and desires of its three founders: Mathieu, Benoît and Benjamin. Their beers (of Anglo-Saxon inspiration) are produced from around fifteen hops and a dozen barley and wheat malts. They have a fruity taste, with citrus and pine aromas, and a pleasant bitterness. Their Tagarin Ale, Blanche IPA and Witbier can be found in a number of local cellars and bars, as well as in their brand-new guinguette. Guided tours are fun and informative!
