Restaurant offering only fresh food and working with local products in Binic-Etables-sur-Mer.

At the end of the quays, here is a table to discover! The menus evolve with the seasons to offer only fresh products and the chef works with a maximum of local products (andouille from Guémené, fishing from Guilvinec...). On the menu, for example: parsnip mousse and trout with sesame oil, cod and butternut chips, hazelnut-crusted sweetbreads, grilled dogfish... The dessert menu is also creative. Fiona and Brice cultivate an ecological sensibility, which can be found even in the menus, on recycled paper.

Très bonne surprise, produits frais, assiettes copieuses, restaurant face à la mer, et le grand plus : la serveuse était très attentionnée et souriante.

Vue imprenable, nourriture délicieuse et originale. On a adoré. L’accueil est parfait, le service impeccable, la serveuse souriante. Il y a une vraie recherche dans le menu. L’espadon glacé curry était délicieux, tout comme le reste d’ailleurs. Cuisson parfaite, poisson au viande.
