A local institution, Ty'Papo has its own store on the port of Erquy, in addition to the one in Val-André. This artisan ice-cream maker doesn't rest in the summer. And with good reason: his handcrafted ice creams - 75 flavors - are exquisite, made with natural fruit purées and raw milk from the farm. The plain or chocolate cookie cones are crisp and crunchy. Yannick Le Lain, master chocolate maker, draws his inspiration from the maritime riches of the Erquy region. It is therefore not surprising to see among its specialities the scallop shell! Two chocolate shells hold small chocolate candies with orange, almond and nut flavours. You will also find in this aesthete a variety of sweets that are very popular with children: chocolate marshmallows and milk chocolate pencils.
