This "fast good" is based on a simple idea: a selection of local and seasonal products, often organic, cooked simply and presented in jars. There are two menus to choose from each day: one entirely vegetarian, and the other meaty. You can choose from dishes such as buddhas bowls, Sot-l'y-Tandoori turkey skewers or a vegetarian parmentier. You can drink vegetable and/or fruit juices and buy some delicatessen products. Simple and good.

Mais c'est bon.
