Farmhouse inn with a generous table and a marcaire menu in Soultzeren.
The Baumgart family's farmhouse inn is worth the trip because its view of the Tannet, the Hohneck and the Falimont is grandiose! The setting is rustic but without excess and, above all, the table is generous! Here, the marcaire menu is always a great success: soup, tourte de la vallée, roïgabrageldi and munster. For dessert, make way for siaskass: this white cheese with kirsch is simply irresistible. The portions are gargantuan, but nothing prevents you from sharing a plate of cold cuts and cheeses as an appetizer!

Ça additionné avec les multiples règles placardées partout du style "interdit de diviser l'addition de manière personnalisée" et autre "ramenez vos assiettes vous même lorsque vous mangez dehors" c'est l'inverse de l'hospitalité. Il existe plein de ferme auberges plus accueillantes
