Corseul was once the capital of a vast Gallo-Roman territory, that of the Coriosolites, many of whose remains can still be seen today in the commune. The Coriosolis archaeomuseum invites visitors to discover this people and their daily lives in a fun, interactive way, with archaeological artefacts alongside touch-and-feel models and audio narratives. A virtual reality room allows visitors to immerse themselves in the reconstructed Temple of Mars on a ceremonial day. An accessible visit for young and old alike.
