Suite à votre réponse, mon commentaire reflète tout simplement un état d'esprit suite à un refus de vente pour une excuse "bidon". Je suis navré que votre vitrine soit tombée en panne mais ce n'est absolument pas ce votre employée m'a dit ce matin. Si elle avait été plus claire ca éviterait tout simplement que nous perdions du temps avec des échanges inutiles.
