A young, inventive pastry chef, Jennifer Bejot spent a lot of time on the road before setting up her own business, first at home, to meet the numerous requests stimulated by word-of-mouth, then in her huge workshop on rue du Maréchal de Tassigny. What we like: the delicate flavours of her pastries, which are not overly sweet. There's something for everyone: allergy sufferers and vegans alike will find something to satisfy their taste buds, without having to compromise on taste. For birthdays, Number Cake is all the rage.

Un gâteau dont les strates tombait littéralement et les deux autres avec de la chantilly ne donnait pas envie, et les prix élevés tout de même.
Le visuel un brin en dessous pour du haut de gamme. L’enrobage des chocolats pas franchement dans la finesse.
