Since 1945, the Dietrichs have been cultivating the 7 Alsatian grape varieties in Kaysersberg. Their son Jean-Jacques expanded the estate to 13 hectares. The estate has been awarded HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certification thanks to its integrated wine production, grass-covered plots and hand harvesting. Taste the Riesling Geisburg with its apricot nose, the Gewurztraminer Altenburg Vieilles Vignes 2023 or the Pinot Noir Cuvée Parcellaire 2023, aged in oak barrels.
