An incredible patisserie where every dessert is a true work of art and a feast for even the most discerning taste buds.
They spent some fifteen years working in the gastronomic sector in a number of cities, but Nicolas finally felt the call of his origins and decided to settle in Kaysersberg to return to his roots... and for our great pleasure! Rigor and moderation are the watchwords here, or perhaps it's more a question of gourmandise. Whatever the case, we've come here to enjoy sublime pastries, macaroons, chocolates and divine viennoiseries.
