This tempting store features a wrought-iron sign with a stork and storklet in a nest full of cakes! Patrick and Christophe Loewert make kougelhopfs, bredalas, chocolates, gingerbread and Linzer tarts from natural ingredients. The Loewerts are also master jam makers. They offer some forty different jams! Their award-winning hay jelly and asparagus jam are emblematic.

En profitant du marché de Noël de kaysersberg j'ai eu la chance de tomber sur cette merveilleuse biscuiterie.
Les vendeuses sont professionnelles et souriantes.
Les biscuits sont délicieux
Depuis je suis rentrée chez moi dans le 06 mais je me console en mangeant de ces merveilleux biscuits que j'ai ramené dans ma valise.
