Although Beauceron Philippe Millet settled at Ferme de Marcault in the mid-60s, he didn't create Domaine Millet until some 15 years later, as some of the land he cultivated in cereals was eligible for various AOCs in the Chablis vineyards. Since then, Philippe has handed the reins over to his children Paterne and Baudouin, who now look after 14 ha, including 9 in AOC Petit Chablis, 4 in AOC Chablis and 1 in AOC Chablis1er Cru Vaucoupin. These excellent, multi-award-winning wines are highly recommended.
