It took two years of extensive renovation to transform an old building into a splendid home. Overlooking Halle Daret, since mid-December 2024, La Balustre has taken over the former L'Escalier art gallery (which was one of Tonnerre's great success stories decades ago!) to offer an original and unique third-party venue. Here, you can eat, take part in tastings, visit exhibitions, attend concerts, training courses, artists' workshops or seminars. The Chevalier d'Eon's hometown will be even more dynamic!
