If you're passing through Tanlay, don't hesitate to stop off at this delicious bakery, where Alexandre Garand and Caroline Wolpert are waiting to welcome you. As well as a warm welcome, you'll find delicious breads such as the house specialty, Tanlaysienne, made with white flour and a touch of chestnut flour. Another specialty is puff pastry brioche. Not to mention the tasty cakes and many savoury delights such as tartines, tacos or the more classic bouchées à la reine. A second store has just opened in Tonnerre.
