The reputation of Sénon's beers extends beyond the borders of the département. Founded in 1996, this craft brewery markets its brands "Thomas Becket" (the authentic ones), "Alesia" (the organic ones), and "Burgundia" (the original ones). In 2023, the highly qualitative "Héritage" was added. Or when the hops of Sençon invite whisky! In 2022, the brewery won no less than 7 medals at the Concours général de Paris and the Concours général de Lyon. Tours are also available.

Based on the Ile d'Yonne since its creation just 30 years ago, Le Marché des Vins offers a wide range of proprietary wines from Yonne and Burgundy, as well as other French regions. In addition to the must-haves, these specialists have also unearthed some fine finds. There's also a great range of spirits, including rums and sakes from all over the world. Tastings, gift boxes, cellar building, advice and wine search: this is an address not to be missed, just a stone's throw from the SNCF train station.

For many years, the Auberge de la Vanne has been a favorite of the Sénonais community. Recently, owner Olivier Klein handed the business over to his daughter Audrey. Awarded the title of best sommelier for the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region by Gault & Millau in 2020, she now offers an extensive wine cellar. As for the room overlooking the Vanne river, it can now be used to enjoy a glass of wine with a board. Oenology courses are also available.
