Stéphane Charlot has long been a wine merchant for restaurants, bars and even wine merchants in the Yonne and Nièvre regions. Now he's sharing his experience with the general public. Between boutique and warehouse, some 600 references are gathered here, presented in immense and high racks. Priority is given to Burgundy wines, but wines from the South of France, Beaujolais and the Loire Valley also feature prominently. Not to mention an attractive "Wines of the World" section, and an excellent selection of spirits.
