Stéphane Charlot has long been a wine merchant for restaurants, bars, and even for some wine merchants in the Yonne and Nièvre regions. Here he is now sharing his experience with the general public through this cellar. Between shop and warehouse, some 300 references are gathered here, presented in huge and high shelves. Priority is given to Burgundy wines, but those from the south and the Loire Valley are also very present. Not forgetting a pretty "Wines of the World" section, and an excellent selection of spirits.
